Your ops leak in the same five places. Find yours in 90 seconds.

Answer ten taps about how your business runs — get a 0–100 Ops Leverage Score, your five leaks priced at conservative sourced bands, and a 90-day AI-ops roadmap. Every dollar shows its math.

The shape

What are you?
How many people?

Where it leaks

How fast does a new lead hear back?
What happens to leads that don’t close?
What happens to after-hours calls?
How fast do quotes go out?
How do you ask for reviews?

The stack

How much data gets re-typed between systems?

Ten taps, zero free text. The score and every dollar are deterministic math with the arithmetic printed; one optional AI call sequences the roadmap — if it fails, a templated roadmap ships anyway. Illustrative estimate, not a forecast.

  • Five leaks, priced

Capture, after-hours, quoting, re-keying — each priced at conservative sourced bands, with the arithmetic printed.

  • Honest zeros

Already answering in minutes? That area reads $0 and says so. The score only counts what actually leaks.

  • The effort/impact matrix

Every leak placed by dollars against effort — so you see what to do first, not just what’s wrong.

  • 90-day roadmap · email-gated

Three phases sequenced from your own answers, plus the specific plays behind each leak.

What it checks

  • Speed-to-lead capture — what slow answers and thin follow-up leave on the table, at the conservative sourced band
  • After-hours coverage and quote turnaround — priced as sub-bands of the same capture lever, capped honestly
  • Re-keying between systems — hours a week priced at a conservative loaded labor rate
  • Review cadence — flagged as a qualitative opportunity, never a dollar (no sourced lever prices it, so we don’t)

What it won’t do

  • No scrape, no account access, no black box — the score and every dollar are deterministic math over the ten answers you tap in.
  • Every multiplier is a conservative, sourced band from our published constants (v1) — we never invent a lift percentage, and a strong answer reads an honest $0.
  • Recovered leads are valued at a fixed, conservative 25% close assumption — printed on the report because we assumed it, we didn’t measure it.
  • No login, no card. The score, the priced leaks, and the math are free; the 90-day roadmap and play sheet unlock with a work email.
Straight answers

Before you run it

  • Where do the dollar figures come from?

A versioned constants table sourced from published research — capture recovery capped at +30% and gated to firms that actually respond slowly, after-hours and quoting as smaller sub-bands of the same lever, re-keyed hours at a conservative loaded rate. Recovered leads are valued at a fixed 25% close assumption, printed wherever it is used. The table is the boundary; the tool never invents a number.

  • What if my ops are already tight?

Then the areas read zero and the report says so — answer in minutes with automated follow-up and the capture line models $0. An honest zero beats a flattering leak; the score only counts what actually leaks.

  • Is the 90-day roadmap AI-generated?

One optional AI call sequences it from your diagnosed areas — it is forbidden from adding new dollar figures, and its output is validated in code. If the call fails or misbehaves, a deterministic templated roadmap ships instead. The report always completes.

  • Why doesn’t review cadence get a dollar?

Because no sourced lever honestly prices review volume into revenue — so we flag it as a qualitative opportunity and refuse to put a number on it. That refusal is the same discipline behind every figure the tool does show.
