Terms. The agreement.

Setup is a one-time scope, priced and signed before work begins. The setup deliverable is yours upon final payment — the repo, the Cloudflare account, the CRM workflows.

Retainers run month-to-month. Either party can end the relationship with 30 days' written notice. There is no minimum term. The retainer covers the operating discipline; the setup deliverable remains yours regardless of retainer status.

Code we author for your engagement is yours under a non-exclusive license. Frameworks and methodologies (Astro, Cloudflare, the KG-as-CMS pattern, the conversion fanout architecture) remain general No Brainer Media practice and are not transferred.
